Журнал выходит 4 раза в год, и каждый номер имеет не менее 80 страниц. Каждая поступающая статья принимается по требованиям, проходит строгий отбор и отдается для выпуска в номер только после рецензирования и обязательного редактирования.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE PREVALENCE OF ANOMALIES OF TEETH IN THE ADULT POPULATION

The Prevalence of anomalies of the teeth is diametrically opposed to the age. The highest indices were observed in the age group 20-29 years. Significant decrease in the prevalence of this pathology is observed in the age groups 40¬49 and 50-59 years. The lowest level of prevalence of anomalies of the teeth is at the age of 60 years and older. -
Results atraumatic restavration therapy of teeth partial demineralization in connection of enamel resistance

Evaluated results of atraumatic restavration therapy beside 78 children at age 9-12 years with sign of partial demineralization of the enamel. It is revealled that used glassionomer cements after smallinvasive preventive filling remained safe through 24 month on 100% surfaces teeth beside persons with high structured-functional resistnce of enamel, on 95,3% surfaces teeth – beside persons with moderate cariesresistance, on 85,8 and 66,7% surfaces teeth – accordingly beside persons with lowered and very low structured-functional resistance of the enamel teeth.

At the present stage of development the aim of the health system is the organization of qualita¬tive models of infrastructure and management schemes. In the given aspect the most urgent health problem is to build a high-quality system of medical care. The article summarizes the results of the situational analysis of medical activities and evaluation of diagnostic services at the present stage in the conditions of state financing and transition to full cost accounting in the Republic of Tajikistan. Analysis of normative-legal documents showed that of 2866 institutions of primary health care 3,8% of them are represented by the district and city health centers, 26,5% of rural health centers, 10,8% in the specialized outpatient centers, 58,9 per cent – houses of health. Analysis of the equipment of the medical equipment in the period 1990-2011, showed that mostly diagnostic equipment prevailed in medical-preventive institutions, Dushanbe and Sughd regions (25,4% and 23,8%). On the balance of research institutions, Republican specialized hospitals and centres, it amounted to 19,9%. Oth¬er administrative territories of the Republic of equipment diagnostic equipment was significantly lower. Analysis of the activity of the services on provision of diagnostic help to the population of the Republic of Tajikistan in the modern socio-economic conditions showed that the main factors in the development of diagnostic centers and efficiency of delivered medical assistance are: good governance, improving financing with the purpose of modernization, improvement of quality and successful use of personnel and technological potential. -
THE NATURE OF THE PAIN SYNDROME IN PATIENTS WITH ADVANCED STAGES OF MALIGNANT NEOPLASMS MAXILLOFACIAL AND EFFICIENCY TRADITIONAL PAIN THERAPY

THE DEPARTMENT OF MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY WITH CHILDREN STOMATOLOGY OF TIPGPMP
Questionnaire of 108 patients with advanced stages of malignant tumors of maxillo-facial region studied the nature of the chronic pain syndrome and assessing the effectiveness of traditional pain therapy. The 58,3% of the observed diagnosed with advanced stage cancer of mucous membranes of the oral cavity, 23.1% of installed cancer of mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus, a 3.7% identified advanced stage of osteosarcoma jaws. The 3rd and the 4th stage of malignant process revealed respectively of 17.6% and 82.5% of the observed. Among patients with the character of the pain syndrome and effectiveness of the analgetic therapy were studied by the method of questioning on the specially prepared questionnaire. Study of the dynamics of pain syndrome showed that the pain intensified after their first appearance during the first 3 months of 20,3% of patients during 3-6 months – 37,0%in 6-12 months in 25,9%, later than 1 year – 16,6% of patients. Analysis of the nature of pain showed that 37.9% of persons they are «Ripper» character, 27.7% of «capturing», 23.1% of the «hot», 6,5% – «breaking», 4.6% – «whining». It is established that the pain syndrome in this category of patients is often neuropathic development mechanism, which explains the lack of effectiveness of pain therapy using drugs. The findings suggest the need for further improvement of the well-known methods and search for new, more effective methods of reduction of chronic pain syndrome in this category of patients. -

Osteopenic syndrome is the pure complicated PA. The development of osteoporosis under PA associate with high activity, gravity pathologic process, intake of glucocorticosteroids. In patients of PA with complicated osteoporosis have pains evident pain syndrome in bones in comparison with patients, that haven’t osteoporosis. -

The allergy and immunological reactivity in highland places the patients who have eczema

Quantivalent crossed sensitization in the majority of 31 examined highland eczema patients (men – 17, women – 14) at the age of 18-55 was revealed in the order of decrease to domestic, alimentary, epidermal, drug and pollen allergens. Immunological disorders were characterized by diminution of CD3-lymphocytes, increase of IgE by 1.9, IgG by 1.3 and of circulating immune complexes by 1.4, as well as by lessening of white cell’s phagocytic activity and of the phagocytic number. Immunological disturbances depend on the duration and severity of the disease.
