Over the past two years the birth rate in the Republic of Tajikistan ranged 29,3-by 28,7 per 1,000 popu¬lation. Along with high fertility, maternal mortality was 45,0 is 37,0 per 100,000 liveborns, the main reasons for which 25% of the cases considered bleeding, 15% and 12% – gynecological infections and eclampsia. The picture presented defined the purpose of the present research is to study the indicators of National standards of antenatal care for pregnant women with an analysis of the correlation between them. Under the supervision were 72 pregnant women aged from 17 to 40 years of age, living in one of the areas with a population of 1722 person. Analysis of work of specialists in antenatal care among women up to 12 weeks of pregnancy showed that only 47,2% of the total number of timely addressed to specialists and were taken to the dispensary registration. In the later stages of pregnancy 52,8% of women with repeated pregnancies are under dispensary observation. The majority of women in a timely manner became the dispensary reg¬istration pregnancy, were the original inhabitants of the area under study. The reason of late treatment of women with a long pregnancy, with a view to their taking on dispensary account that is linked with the arrival of hard-to-reach areas of the Republic. The obtained results allow to predict the state of pregnancy and timely to organize a correction of care for prevention of possible antenatal complications.

The publication highlights modern conception about etiology and pathogenesis, clinical manifestation and treatment of different types of epilepsy. Tour has been undertaken to understand different types of convulsion and non-convul¬sion paroxysm, as well as modern antiepileptic treatment. In addition the analysis of medical records undertaken by neurologists and psychiatrists allowed to objectives a great deal tactical and therapeutically doctor’s mistakes.
It was determined that doctors not always clearly differentiate type of paroxysm. The medicine prescribed by spe¬cialists not relevant to the given type of convulsion. The treatment starts with multi-therapy, which not recommended in modern literature sources. In treatment scheme along with anti-convulsive drugs indicated medicines that contrain-dicated for treatment of epilepsy, these aggravate course of disease and facilitate early development of epileptic status as well as epileptic encephalopathy.
Therefore publication and informing wide auditorium the correct treatment tactics of epileptic patients will promote correct anti-epileptic drugs and reduce mistakes during epilepsy treatment.

The approved standard was the first step on standardization and optimization of the neonatologic help, and respectively, decrease in incidence, mortality and an invalidization of newborns. Results of research of patients are given in work by a typhoid, complicated sharp nephritic insufficiency at which indicators in nephritic haemo dynamics were studied. By researches at different levels of nephritic haemo dynamics it is proved that it directly depends on system or central haemo dynamics, decrease in indicators of UO, UI, SI and in-crease in OPSS, and also pulmonary pressure that leads to authentic decrease in a blood-groove in a nephritic artery which depends on weight of OPN, degree of a gipovolemiya and endogenny intoxication at a typhoid.

Unfortunately, the viral hepatitis is in development today. Therefore, we have carried out a laboratory test of the state of tissue in the cavity of mouth of 55 cases with hepatitis B and C. The test confirmed that the use of 6 tablets of Imudon per day (during 20 days) contributed to a speedy recovery from parodont with people bearing viral hepatitis.

From among 45 patients at the age of 60-85 (men – 36, women – 9) with onychomycosis 23 (51.1%) had distal and lateral form, 5 (11.1%) -superficial and white, 6 (13.3%) – proximal and hyponychial, 11 – total and dystrophic. All patients with onychomycosis had various forms of the athlete’s foot. The cell immunity decreased (fall of CD3 and CD8) and the humoral one increased (raise of IgM, IgG and the circulating immune complexes).
