The article conducted the analytical estimation of the literary sources on questions of the orthopedic treatment of defect teeth rows. Analyzed literary sources of the authors of near and distant countries with use of their retrospective outline estimation. On the grounds of complex test of clinical, X-ray’s, functional and computer given will develop ways of system-atizations possible variants removal of occlusion defect, which accompanied algorithm of the decision, directed on their reconstruction that will in turn promote increasing of efficiency of the implantology treatments amongst dentistry patient.
Systematizing existing variant of the removal of occlusion defect came to conclusion that presence one of the factor risk not always is a contraindication to installation of implants. Test of the main reasons promoting origin mistake and complications of implantology treatments, on the grounds of clinical, x-ray’s, functional and computer studies will help the physician to pay earnest heed on the mistake and complications and hereunder reduce both reasons, and mistakes themselves, appearing on miscellaneous stage of the implantology treatment. Presence several factors of the risk beside one patient vastly complicates the clinical situation of implantology treatments in nearest and remote periods.

Today viral infections are the leading cause of morbidity worldwide, the role of which in the overall morbidity will only increase. Recently in the treatment of viral infections extensive use of immunomodulators, the range is constantly expanding. The most promising drugs in the given as¬pect are interferon inducers. The article presents the results of studies of prophylactic effectiveness and treatment of acute respiratory viral infections interferon inducers of 150 patients aged from 1 month to 17 years. The results obtained showed that anaferon having a pronounced curative and prophylactic efficiency of the flu, when before vaccine period increases the functional activity of specific antibodies that reduce the intensity of morbidity. The ability of the drug to reduce the number of bacterial complications allowed authors to effectively apply anaferon in the treatment of viral infections in children with secondary immunodeficiency condition. The inclusion of anaferon in the standard therapy of acute intestinal virus infection in children significantly reduced the duration of the main symptoms of the disease.

Thus, conducted research has let to provide medical and social characteristics of women of reproductive age with pathological processes of the cervix, which is represented by housewives (68.8%), repeated (37.3%) – and multiparous (39.6%), with low health index, frequent to abortion (48.8%), those who do not use barrier methods of contraception (83.1%) and those with Cancer history (10.1%). Particular at risk group for the development of pathological processes of the cervix, are sexually active adolescents, which typically have dishormonal disorders and early occurrence of inflammatory processes of the lower part of the genitals. The high frequency of hyperplastic processes in women of late reproductive age is a risk factor for precancerous cervical disease. The main factors determining the development of pathological processes in the cervical region of high fertility are: early sexual activity (22.9%), change of sexual partners (11.4%), migration (20%), low levels of awareness about healthy lifestyles.

We analyzed the statistical materials of the Republican Center of medical statistics and in¬formation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan, the data of annual reports of the Khujand regional and district Centers of Reproductive health, as well as the data of annual reports of obstetrical establishments of the Sughd region in 1995-2011. Found a low level of contraceptive use among women of childbearing age Sughd region. The Revealed existence of significant differences both across regions, and on the socio -demographic population groups in regard to the prevalence of contraception in General and the structure of the used funds.

This paper analyses the results of treatment of 78 patients admitted to hospital with different mechanisms of injury, which was provided emergency and scheduled inpatient care. Together with a complex of modern medical -diagnostic measures authors studied a prognostic significance of diagnostics fat globulemiya. Express method according to Kornilov, which contributed to the early diagnosis of the syndrome of fat embolism and improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with injuries of the musculoskeletal system.

Indicates of structured-functional resistance of the enamel are diametrically opposite with im¬portance of the intensities of the caries. If beside examined persons with high structured-function¬al enamel’s resistance index of intensities of the caries has at the average formed 4,22±0,41 then beside persons with very low cariesresistance -7,82±0,64. Full recovering the area after action of acid to enamel surface occurred in relatively short periods that is indicative of high level enamel resistance.
