    • DEATHS FROM RESPIRATORY DISEASES IN THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

      Diseases of respiratory organs are in the lead in the overall morbidity of the population, taking 1st place in the structure of primary morbidity worldwide and deaths from which is on the 4th place in the overall structure of death after circulatory diseases, injuries, poisoning and cancer. In work the analysis of indicators of mortality from respiratory diseases in the Republic of Tajikistan for the period 2000 to 2010. It is revealed, that in structure of total mortality from diseases 2010 diseases occupied the 4-th rank place, after malignant neoplasms. As a result of statistical analysis revealed a trend towards increased mortality among people of working age. This situation is explained by the fact that the majority of persons of working age due to fear of job loss, despite not feeling well, continue to work and this leads to late start of therapy and adherence complications.       The data obtained indicate excessively slow recovery of lost functions, which is most intense during the first 2 – 3 years and indicate the need for prolonged recovery of renal function for more than 6-7 years, deterioration of renal function contributed to: a chronic underlying disease (chronic glomerular – pyelonephritis, anemia, and subsequent pregnancy and childbirth in the background is not completely recovered renal function). Therefore, this group of patients should be on the dispensary to the full restoration of the functional usefulness of the kidneys, at least 2-3 years, and patients with chronic renal failure observed in different stages – for life.

      Results of research of patients are given in work by a typhoid, complicated sharp nephritic insufficiency at which indicators in nephritic haemo dynamics were studied. By researches at different levels of nephritic haemo dynamics it is proved that it directly depends on system or central haemo dynamics, decrease in indicators of UO, UI, SI and in-crease in OPSS, and also pulmonary pressure that leads to authentic decrease in a blood-groove in a nephritic artery which depends on weight of OPN, degree of a gipovolemiya and endogenny intoxication at a typhoid.
