The results obtained demonstrate the close interconnection of the two ventricles, which increases with the progression of their dilatation. The main mechanism of implementation of the interventricularinteractions is the limitation of the pericardium. Pericardium by creating a rigid limited amount for the four chambers of the heart and increases the influence of diastolic volume of one chamber to another, calling it the configuration changes and influencing the characteristics of its content. Another possible mechanism of implementation of the diastolic interventricularinteraction – deformation of the ventricles, which takes place in the ratio of forces in the ventricular septum (transseptalpressure gradient) and the severity of structural changes of the ventricles.
