    Наше издание является научно-практическим журналом, в котором публикуются основные научные результаты диссертаций на соискание ученой степени кандидата и/или доктора медицинских наук как нашего института, так и других лечебно-учебных медицинских учреждений, интересные случаи из практики, обзоры литературы, лекции и юбилейные статьи. Журнал выходит 4 раза в год, и каждый номер имеет не менее 80 страниц. Каждая поступающая статья принимается по требованиям, проходит строгий отбор и отдается для выпуска в номер только после рецензирования и обязательного редактирования.

    У нас принято одностороннее слепое рецензирование. Рецензенты уделяют особое внимание содержанию статьи и проверке данных статистической обработки, их соответствие современным требованиям.

      The data obtained indicate excessively slow recovery of lost functions, which is most intense during the first 2 – 3 years and indicate the need for prolonged recovery of renal function for more than 6-7 years, deterioration of renal function contributed to: a chronic underlying disease (chronic glomerular – pyelonephritis, anemia, and subsequent pregnancy and childbirth in the background is not completely recovered renal function). Therefore, this group of patients should be on the dispensary to the full restoration of the functional usefulness of the kidneys, at least 2-3 years, and patients with chronic renal failure observed in different stages – for life

      Modern methods of laboratory researches of toxic components of blood of endotoxicose patients are analyzed, and are revealed that as one of markers adequately reflecting intoxication degree at an early stage of development of pathology levels of molecules of the average weights which research is obviously important also perspective with the use of gel-chromatographic and Infrared- spectrometer methods can serve.

    • Sistolo-diastolic function patterns of the left ventricle at the patiants with ishemic heart disease complicated by the complete av-blockade

      It was spent results of echocardiography study of the heart systolo-diastolic functions at 53 patients with Ischemic Heart Disease complicated by the Complete AV-blockade. The main results of this study is that there is total IHD geneis AV-blockade depending on existence remoteness cause to essential heart function disorder in a systole and in diastole. There is tight correlative connection between the remoteness of Complete AV- blockade and left ventricle systolic function indicator, whereat diastole function passes on to heavier type.

      The work is based on summing the first experience of enteral feeding of 29 preterm infants with very low and extremely low birth weight in ICU of maternity hospital No. 3, Dushanbe and the ways of transitional period of limited feeding duration reduce of the preterm infants are identified.

      In this study are noted, the effectiveness of modern adhesive products Corega and Protefix in 54 patients, using partial and full removable dentures. The use of these resources contributes to a better adhesive fixation of prostheses, accelerate adaptation. They have a healing, analgesic, isolation and prophylactic properties.

    • OPTIMISATION OF COMPLEX TREATMENT OF DAMAGES OF A SKELETON AT PATIENTS WITH A POLYTRAUMA

      The unsatisfactory results of complex treatment of skeletal injuries and injury outcomes in patients polytrauma testify to the social and economic importance. The paper analyzes the results of studying the peculiarities of the structure of multiple and associated injuries skeleton, ways to optimize the treatment of fractures on the basis of orthopedic «Damage control» of 30 trauma patients. In the structure of combined trauma of the skeleton in the 81,7% of cases, there were fractures of long bones, 36,3% – fractures of other departments, 21,3% – pelvic bones, in 5,3% of cases – fracture of the spine. Fractures of the long bones in 78,4% of cases were of indoor and 21,6% of cases – the open character. Methods of early reposition fractures in the study group used in 30,4% of the observations, delayed – 15,7%, and later – in 9,5% of cases.     • The allergy and immunological reactivity in highland places the patients who have eczema

      Quantivalent crossed sensitization in the majority of 31 examined highland eczema patients (men – 17, women – 14) at the age of 18-55 was revealed in the order of decrease to domestic, alimentary, epidermal, drug and pollen allergens. Immunological disorders were characterized by diminution of CD3-lymphocytes, increase of IgE by 1.9, IgG by 1.3 and of circulating immune complexes by 1.4, as well as by lessening of white cell’s phagocytic activity and of the phagocytic number. Immunological disturbances depend on the duration and severity of the disease.
