The review describes the issues of influence reduce levels of sex hormones on the cardiovascular system and contribute to the development of climacteric hypertension and coronary heart disease in the perimenopausal period. Proved that the perimenopausal period is an additional risk factor for cardiovascular disease in women due to lower cardioprotective effects of estrogen. At the same time noted that the appearance of pronounced climacteric syndrome revealed deeper changes in the cardiovascular system , namely, left ventricular hypertrophy , metabolic changes , both on the carbohydrate and lipid metabolism by more malignant for hypertension and coronary artery disease.

  • THE INTERACTION OF THE MYOCARDIUM IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE AGAINST THE BACK¬GROUND OF DILATATION OF BOTH VENTRICLES

    SAMADOV SH.KH., KOKSHENEVA I. V., BUZIASHVILI Y.I., ELTANAZAROV M.D.
The results obtained demonstrate the close interconnection of the two ventricles, which increases with the progression of their dilatation. The main mechanism of implementation of the interventricularinteractions is the limitation of the pericardium. Pericardium by creating a rigid limited amount for the four chambers of the heart and increases the influence of diastolic volume of one chamber to another, calling it the configuration changes and influencing the characteristics of its content. Another possible mechanism of implementation of the diastolic interventricularinteraction – deformation of the ventricles, which takes place in the ratio of forces in the ventricular septum (transseptalpressure gradient) and the severity of structural changes of the ventricles.

  • Sistolo-diastolic function patterns of the left ventricle at the patiants with ishemic heart disease complicated by the complete av-blockade

Eltanazarov M., Olimov N., Samadov Sh.
It was spent results of echocardiography study of the heart systolo-diastolic functions at 53 patients with Ischemic Heart Disease complicated by the Complete AV-blockade. The main results of this study is that there is total IHD geneis AV-blockade depending on existence remoteness cause to essential heart function disorder in a systole and in diastole. There is tight correlative connection between the remoteness of Complete AV- blockade and left ventricle systolic function indicator, whereat diastole function passes on to heavier type.
