    • ENDOVIDEOSURGICAL TREATMENT OF ECHINOCOCCOSIS OF THE LIVER

      To conduct comparative assessment of the results videolaparoscopycal and traditional echi-nococcectomya of liver and improve the results of surgical treatment of echinococcosis of the liver using videolaparoscopycal technology analyzes the results of surgical treatment of 206 patients with echinococcosis of liver aged 15 to 64 years. 96 patients operated with the use of videolaparoscopycal technology (main group) and 110 – traditional way (control group). Indi¬cation for use videoendosurgical technology was the presence of uncomplicated echinococcosis cysts of the liver in zones good view, not lying deep into the parenchyma, with a diameter of 10 cm in the absence of signs of sepsis, and a breakthrough in the bile ducts.       The review describes the issues of influence reduce levels of sex hormones on the cardiovascular system and contribute to the development of climacteric hypertension and coronary heart disease in the perimenopausal period. Proved that the perimenopausal period is an additional risk factor for cardiovascular disease in women due to lower cardioprotective effects of estrogen. At the same time noted that the appearance of pronounced climacteric syndrome revealed deeper changes in the cardiovascular system , namely, left ventricular hypertrophy , metabolic changes , both on the carbohydrate and lipid metabolism by more malignant for hypertension and coronary artery disease.

      Quantivalent crossed sensitization in the majority of 31 examined highland eczema patients (men – 17, women – 14) at the age of 18-55 was revealed in the order of decrease to domestic, alimentary, epidermal, drug and pollen allergens. Immunological disorders were characterized by diminution of CD3-lymphocytes, increase of IgE by 1.9, IgG by 1.3 and of circulating immune complexes by 1.4, as well as by lessening of white cell’s phagocytic activity and of the phagocytic number. Immunological disturbances depend on the duration and severity of the disease.

      Generalized results of x-ray estimations of the condition of endoparodontal status supporting teeth in system of metalceramic designs in the article. Estimated quality of the filling root channel in the supporting teeth, residing under unremoved metalceramic design. It is noted that absence of the full-fledged access to root channel does not allow to conduct qualitative processing and guaranteed obturation of root channel, particularly in events their complex construction that is indicative of low level endodontic treatments when preparing teeth to prosthesis.

      100 patients with chronic sinusitis in combination with chronic otitis media of fungal-bacterial etiology were examined. The control group was formed by 50 chronic otitis media patients.

      At patients with the peritonitis, caused pancreatonecrosis, decrease in common concentration of an albumin since its centers of binding are blocked by the toxic – ligands is noted. Respectively we receive low indexes of efficiency concentration of an albumin. It testifies to decrease in transport function of an albumin, depressing of detoxicating function of a liver where the albumin on P-450 cytochrome is released from toxiferous ligand. Inherently, this test reflects a hydrophobic component of intoxication at peritonitis.
