Журнал выходит 4 раза в год, и каждый номер имеет не менее 80 страниц. Каждая поступающая статья принимается по требованиям, проходит строгий отбор и отдается для выпуска в номер только после рецензирования и обязательного редактирования.
У нас принято одностороннее слепое рецензирование. Рецензенты уделяют особое внимание содержанию статьи и проверке данных статистической обработки, их соответствие современным требованиям.

Differentiated approach to surgical treatment of groin hernias.

In work analysed results of operative treatment of 283 patients during the period with 1997 on 2011 with groin hernias by which in a planned and emergency order it is made Hernia section. The patient intraoperative 1s made measurement of structures groin’s channel, is revealed degree of changes of fabrics also picks up a method of operations. Thus some kinds of groin section are modified by us. At the risk of development of complications and differentiated approach it is possible to lower percent of relapse of disease to 1,3 %.

Results of research of patients are given in work by a typhoid, complicated sharp nephritic insufficiency at which indicators in nephritic haemo dynamics were studied. By researches at different levels of nephritic haemo dynamics it is proved that it directly depends on system or central haemo dynamics, decrease in indicators of UO, UI, SI and in-crease in OPSS, and also pulmonary pressure that leads to authentic decrease in a blood-groove in a nephritic artery which depends on weight of OPN, degree of a gipovolemiya and endogenny intoxication at a typhoid. -

Pathology of the thyroid gland in the regions of iodine deficiency, which includes the Republic of Tajikistan, occupies the leading position in the endocrine pathology in children and adolescents. Diagnostics of thyroid pathology in this category includes a phased investigation with the decision of the question concerning the goitrous increase the authority and assessment of the functional state of the thyroid gland.
