Наше издание является научно-практическим журналом, в котором публикуются основные научные результаты диссертаций на соискание ученой степени кандидата и/или доктора медицинских наук как нашего института, так и других лечебно-учебных медицинских учреждений, интересные случаи из практики, обзоры литературы, лекции и юбилейные статьи. Журнал выходит 4 раза в год, и каждый номер имеет не менее 80 страниц. Каждая поступающая статья принимается по требованиям, проходит строгий отбор и отдается для выпуска в номер только после рецензирования и обязательного редактирования.
У нас принято одностороннее слепое рецензирование. Рецензенты уделяют особое внимание содержанию статьи и проверке данных статистической обработки, их соответствие современным требованиям.

Possible estimation failure of diabetes mellitus in dentistry patients

In the article the study of failure diabetes of 106 patients (46 women, 60 men) in oral cavity was made. Results investigation was shown direct correlation between pathologic action of carbohydrate exchange, statues of parodontal diseases quality of the life of dentistry patients. -

Thus we can assume that of the anti-malaria activities only intensified in the border areas of Tajikistan with the Islamic State of Afghanistan persistent results to restrict importation of malaria mosquitoes can not give. In this connection it is necessary to undertake joint efforts for anti-malaria activities in the northern areas bordering Tajikistan the Islamic State of Afghanistan in order to create a barrier of the border zone, a depth of at least 10 – 15 km, in which mosquito measures should be implemented after termination of the rest of the country. -

We studied the influence of medico-social and economic factors on the incidence of tuberculosis. The main contingent of patients is unemployed young men aged 20 to 29 years, with incomplete secondary education, under-financed vital food, a living area (lower health standards), with a monthly income below the subsistence minimum of a large family living crowding, who have dependent from 6 to 10 people. By level of education 67% of respondents were with primary and secondary education, respondents with special secondary education was 22%, with higher and incomplete education – 11%. According to the social status of unemployed amounted to 53% of patients, the retirement age of 16%, working – 22%, employees – 5%, entrepreneurs – 3,7% of patients. Respondents living on income below the subsistence level, among the unemployed was 53%, working – 21%, pensioners – 16%, employees – 2,1%, entrepreneurs -

This paper presents the national protocol for the care of healthy newborns, which is approved by Ministry of Health and social protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan 07.06.2011 (№318), including 5 protocols of maintaining newborns (care of the healthy newborn, reanimation of newborns, sepsis of newborns, pneumonia of newborns, a haemolytic illness of newborns). The approved standard was the first step on standardization and optimization of the neonatologic help, and respectively, decrease in incidence, mortality and an invalidization of newborns. Results of x-ray estimations of the endoparodontal conditions of supporting teeth under metallceramic design

Generalized results of x-ray estimations of the condition of endoparodontal status supporting teeth in system of metalceramic designs in the article. Estimated quality of the filling root channel in the supporting teeth, residing under unremoved metalceramic design. It is noted that absence of the full-fledged access to root channel does not allow to conduct qualitative processing and guaranteed obturation of root channel, particularly in events their complex construction that is indicative of low level endodontic treatments when preparing teeth to prosthesis.

Thus, against the background of complex intensive therapy was developed the tactics of surgical intervention, early functional rehabilitation of reduced mortality in 2.9 times (from 5.3 % to 2.4 %) and postoperative complications in 2 times (from 14.8 % to 7.8 %). -

The clinical and immunological features of onychomycosis in elderly and the senile age

From among 45 patients at the age of 60-85 (men – 36, women – 9) with onychomycosis 23 (51.1%) had distal and lateral form, 5 (11.1%) – superficial and white, 6 (13.3%) – proximal and hyponychial, 11 – total and dystrophic. All patients with onychomycosis had various forms of the athlete’s foot. The cell immunity decreased (fall of CD3 and CD8) and the humoral one increased (raise of IgM, IgG and the circulating immune complexes).
