Dushanbe for 2008 – 2012 y . identified the need of commercial sex workers in the health services. It is established, health services are one of the basic needs of commercial sex workers, and the most priority is the need for medical assistance on the issues of sexual health, contraceptive assistance needs in the prevention of unwanted pregnancy, STI/HIV.
The high cost of diagnostic laboratory research methods and medicines is a major barrier to timely treatment for medical services and provide timely qualified medical help, therefore in the framework of the programmes on STI/HIV/AIDS consider it necessary organized the program by SW.

To understand the knowledge, attitudes and practices of women of reproductive age who use family planning services, those who are these services are provided, and also to determine the quality of contraceptive assistance to the population of medical institutions, conducted socio-logical research on the quality use of contraceptives by women of reproductive age. A specially designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 specialists of medical institutions for a professional assessment of knowledge, attitude and practice professionals providing contra¬ceptive services in the Republic. Today viral infections are the leading cause of morbidity worldwide, the role of which in the overall morbidity will only increase. Recently in the treatment of viral infections extensive use of immunomodulators, the range is constantly expanding. The most promising drugs in the given as¬pect are interferon inducers. The article presents the results of studies of prophylactic effectiveness and treatment of acute respiratory viral infections interferon inducers of 150 patients aged from 1 month to 17 years. The results obtained showed that anaferon having a pronounced curative and prophylactic efficiency of the flu, when before vaccine period increases the functional activity of specific antibodies that reduce the intensity of morbidity. We analyzed the statistical materials of the Republican Center of medical statistics and in¬formation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan, the data of annual reports of the Khujand regional and district Centers of Reproductive health, as well as the data of annual reports of obstetrical establishments of the Sughd region in 1995-2011. Found a low level of contraceptive use among women of childbearing age Sughd region. The Revealed existence of significant differences both across regions, and on the socio -demographic population groups in regard to the prevalence of contraception in General and the structure of the used funds.
