The article shows the efficiency of complex method of treatment of mycosis stop with onychomycosis in elderly and senile ages using immunostimulant thymocine 45 patients aged 60 to 85 years. Using methods of bacteriological research, 64.4% of the patients were grown culture of Trichophyton rubrum, in 11.1% of Trichophyton mentagrophytis var.interdigitale, in 24.4% – fungi not sown. Intertriginous form of mycosis stop diagnosed in 12 patients, dishydrotic – 6, mixed – 18. Combination squamous and intertriginous forms was observed in 11 patients, squamous, dishydrotic and intertriginous – for 7. The erased form of mycosis stop was noted in 9 patients. Immediate and remote results of treatment showed a significant advantage of an integrated method of treatment with the application of immune system stimulant. By the end of 6 months of follow-up highly effective results when immunostimulating therapy were achieved in 83,3% of patients in the group of patients treated without immunomodulator, efficiency indicator accounted for 61.9%. Among patients with total-dystrophic and proximal forms of combined treatment of onychomycosis gave clinical and mycological recovery in 66.7%, without immunostimulant – only 50%. The average speed of growth of nail plates stop in complex treatment using thymocine amounted to 1.37±0.06 mm per month, which is much faster than in the treatment only systemic antimycotics. The obtained results have shown the effectiveness of immunostimulating method of treatment of athlete’s foot with onychomycosis, compared with the traditional.

Generalized results of x-ray estimations of the condition of endoparodontal status supporting teeth in system of metalceramic designs in the article. Estimated quality of the filling root channel in the supporting teeth, residing under unremoved metalceramic design. It is noted that absence of the full-fledged access to root channel does not allow to conduct qualitative processing and guaranteed obturation of root channel, particularly in events their complex construction that is indicative of low level endodontic treatments when preparing teeth to prosthesis.

We analyzed the results of surgical treatment of 61 patients admitted to hospital in the terminal stage of peritonitis. Along with a complex of modern medical diagnostic measures the authors studied the prognostic significance of MPI, which allowed surgeons to concentrate on the most difficult group of patients. The dynamics of change in the number of microbial cells during the planned renovation of the abdomen that will optimize the treatment policy for these patients. THE DEPARTMENT OF TRAUMATOLOGY AND ORTHOPEDICS TIPGPMP
The unsatisfactory results of complex treatment of skeletal injuries and injury outcomes in patients polytrauma testify to the social and economic importance. The paper analyzes the results of studying the peculiarities of the structure of multiple and associated injuries skeleton, ways to optimize the treatment of fractures on the basis of orthopedic «Damage control» of 30 trauma patients. In the structure of combined trauma of the skeleton in the 81,7% of cases, there were fractures of long bones, 36,3% – fractures of other departments, 21,3% – pelvic bones, in 5,3% of cases – fracture of the spine. Fractures of the long bones in 78,4% of cases were of indoor and 21,6% of cases – the open character. Methods of early reposition fractures in the study group used in 30,4% of the observations, delayed – 15,7%, and later – in 9,5% of cases. In the control group received digital values amounted to, respectively, of 15,4%, 11,4 per cent to 17,3 per cent. Fractures of long bones of victims of the main group in 51,8% of the observations used for conservative treatment, 48,2% – by various methods of osteosynthesis with the use of stable forms (36,5%) and methods of osteosynthesis with additional external immobilization (11,7%).
