DEAR READERS!

After analysis of the journal the editorial board had come to unanimous opinion about possibility to include itinto the global system of Scopus and RISC. The decision to include named journal to these systems required from the editors and publishers compliance with the established screening criteria which as a whole will be according to international standards of publication of scientific periodicals. Following these requirements the aim of the team of the editorial board and the editorial council is to help journal to improve their quality level and to engage the international community in scientific publications.The inclusion to international databases will allow the authors of quarterly journal to expand their presence in these systems and it must not increase the number of medical publications of scientists of Tajikistan, as well as their citation. We hope that this approach will help to improve the quality and the number of medical publications and citation of our journal internationally.It is even more actual because the most part of the new requirements have included in the recommendations of the HAC RF and indexing to Scopus systems and RISC is sufficient for inclusion to list of peer-reviewed journals HAC RF editions, which also serves as an indicator of integration of medical scientists of the Republic of Tajikistan in the international scientific community.
