Crevicular liquid, representing itself transudation fluid part of blood, contains the squirrel, presented albumin and globulin. There are uniform elements of blood, epitheliocity, microorganisms, ferments, products of tissues disintegration in the crevicular liquid. Under inflammatory disease of parodont process of transudation of mentioned liquid replaced to exudation. Enzymochemical aspect of crevicular liquid under prosthesis with using of metalceramic designs present actual. In presented article determined dynamic of matrix metalloproteinase which are significant for prosthetic's gingivitis and capable to serve the marker of the condition of the fabric gums beside orthopedic patients. Organized analysis has revealed the type of matrix metalloproteinase, which is found in tissue of gums and in crevicular liquids in equivalent correlation, correlation with gravity of the parodontal diseases. Results of the analytical review allows to note that track record of matrix metalloproteinase in ambience of tooth-gum's groove of the supporting teeth of metallceramic designs can be considered as diagnostic and prognostic factor, allowing define the necessary of volume medical and preventive action at observation patients with prosthetic's gingivitis.
