The condition of reproductive health of the women rendering commercial sexual services in a city of Dushanbe is studied. Clinical inspection there have passed 300 working women of sex. Results of research of patients are given in work by a typhoid, complicated sharp nephritic insufficiency at which indicators in nephritic haemo dynamics were studied. By researches at different levels of nephritic haemo dynamics it is proved that it directly depends on system or central haemo dynamics, decrease in indicators of UO, UI, SI and in-crease in OPSS, and also pulmonary pressure that leads to authentic decrease in a blood-groove in a nephritic artery which depends on weight of OPN, degree of a gipovolemiya and endogenny intoxication at a typhoid.

THE DEPARTMENT OF MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY WITH CHILDREN STOMATOLOGY OF TIPGPMP
Questionnaire of 108 patients with advanced stages of malignant tumors of maxillo-facial region studied the nature of the chronic pain syndrome and assessing the effectiveness of traditional pain therapy. The 58,3% of the observed diagnosed with advanced stage cancer of mucous membranes of the oral cavity, 23.1% of installed cancer of mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus, a 3.7% identified advanced stage of osteosarcoma jaws. The 3rd and the 4th stage of malignant process revealed respectively of 17.6% and 82.5% of the observed. Among patients with the character of the pain syndrome and effectiveness of the analgetic therapy were studied by the method of questioning on the specially prepared questionnaire. Study of the dynamics of pain syndrome showed that the pain intensified after their first appearance during the first 3 months of 20,3% of patients during 3-6 months

Today viral infections are the leading cause of morbidity worldwide, the role of which in the overall morbidity will only increase. Recently in the treatment of viral infections extensive use of immunomodulators, the range is constantly expanding. The most promising drugs in the given as¬pect are interferon inducers. The article presents the results of studies of prophylactic effectiveness and treatment of acute respiratory viral infections interferon inducers of 150 patients aged from 1 month to 17 years. The results obtained showed that anaferon having a pronounced curative and prophylactic efficiency of the flu, when before vaccine period increases the functional activity of specific antibodies that reduce the intensity of morbidity. Studying of a current of pregnancy and sorts at women with an insufficient actual food has shown high relative density, late hestos, threates, anomalies of patrimonial activity, a trauma of soft patrimonial ways, an asphyxia of newborns. Lactation infringement it is diagnosed for every seventh woman in childbirth. Studying of the reasons гипогалактии has shown them: mediko- social, connected with complications of pregnancy and the sorts, caused by affective and personal infringements.

The conducted research is a substantiation for system engineering of preventive, medical and rehabilitation actions for correction of a diet of an actual food of pregnant women and women in childbirth taking into account mediko- social factors that will allow to reduce number of complications during pregnancy and sorts, frequency and weight reduction milk allocation, to improve quality of life of feeding mothers.
