Diseases of respiratory organs are in the lead in the overall morbidity of the population, taking 1st place in the structure of primary morbidity worldwide and deaths from which is on the 4th place in the overall structure of death after circulatory diseases, injuries, poisoning and cancer. In work the analysis of indicators of mortality from respiratory diseases in the Republic of Tajikistan for the period 2000 to 2010. It is revealed, that in structure of total mortality from diseases 2010 diseases occupied the 4-th rank place, after malignant neoplasms. As a result of statistical analysis revealed a trend towards increased mortality among people of working age. This situation is explained by the fact that the majority of persons of working age due to fear of job loss, despite not feeling well, continue to work and this leads to late start of therapy and adherence complications. The article presents the results of treatment of 24 patients with putrid green-necrotic abscess the bottom of the cavity of mouth. Analysis of the carried out research showed that the expansion unit from alloys nickelide-titanium have obvious advantages to the traditional types of drainage, namely: improvement of visual access to the wound and their widespread separation, which leads to the improvement of aeration, which have a great importance in the conditions of mixed and anaerobic microflora.
All of the above mentioned activities with the use of expansion of devices allowed speeding up the time of cleansing and healing of wounds on average by 3-5 days and proceeding to more early medical and social rehabilitation.

In addition the analysis of medical records undertaken by neurologists and psychiatrists allowed to objectives a great deal tactical and therapeutically doctor’s mistakes.
It was determined that doctors not always clearly differentiate type of paroxysm. The medicine prescribed by spe¬cialists not relevant to the given type of convulsion. The treatment starts with multi-therapy, which not recommended in modern literature sources. In treatment scheme along with anti-convulsive drugs indicated medicines
