      100 patients with chronic sinusitis in combination with chronic otitis media of fungal-bacterial etiology were examined. The control group was formed by 50 chronic otitis media patients.

      In depend from types of destructive acute cholecystitis and its complications there have been used a different type of chole- and hemostatic methods after cholecystectomy such as pnevmothermocoagulation and «Tachokomb» platelets.

      It was spent results of echocardiography study of the heart systolo-diastolic functions at 53 patients with Ischemic Heart Disease complicated by the Complete AV-blockade. The main results of this study is that there is total IHD geneis AV-blockade depending on existence remoteness cause to essential heart function disorder in a systole and in diastole. There is tight correlative connection between the remoteness of Complete AV- blockade and left ventricle systolic function indicator, whereat diastole function passes on to heavier type.

      Every year, the incidence of chronic diseases in Tajikistan is growing. By year 2010, the average life expectancy reached 68,3 years, although the figure is not close to pre-war level. There are appeared lonely elderly segment, who suffer under reduced quality of life, and very often death occurs as a result of disease. This picture proves the need to revise the form of medical care of these patients in the final stage of life.     • Assessment of baseline knowledge of experts on diabetes and pregnancy

      In order to assess the initial level of knowledge on diabetes and pregnancy, an anonymous survey of 438 doctors who work with pregnant women was conducted: 274 obstetricians, 96 family physicians, 52 neonatologists and 16 anesthesiology and intensive care. The results showed that experts had a low level of knowledge on diabetes and pregnancy. It’s needed to develop clinical protocols (standards) for planning and management of pregnancy, childbirth in women with diabetes mellitus and training.
