Many of the problems associated with a reduction in reproductive losses have not been ful¬filled. In the given aspect determining role belongs to the provision of contraceptive security. To understand the knowledge, attitudes and practices of women of reproductive age who use family planning services, those who are these services are provided, and also to determine the quality of contraceptive assistance to the population of medical institutions, conducted socio-logical research on the quality use of contraceptives by women of reproductive age. A specially designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 specialists of medical institutions for a professional assessment of knowledge, attitude and practice professionals providing contra¬ceptive services in the Republic. There was set low level of awareness of modern methods of contraception, the confidentiality of provision of contraceptive services and principles

Unfortunately, the viral hepatitis is in development today. Therefore, we have carried out a laboratory test of the state of tissue in the cavity of mouth of 55 cases with hepatitis B and C. The test confirmed that the use of 6 tablets of Imudon per day (during 20 days) contributed to a speedy recovery from parodont with people bearing viral hepatitis.

The article presents results of studies on the action of a solution trionini on the cardiovas¬cular system. Work is based on the experiment on animals: 20 white rats weighing 200-220 g, cats weight from 3 to 4 kg under uretan anesthesia. Impact trionini on blood pressure were also studied in healthy intact rabbits and rabbits with experimental caused by atherosclerosis. There were 86 series of experiments conducted more than 150 biochemical, 25 haematological analy-ses, prepared 40 drugs from the internal organs of the experimental and control series animals. In the structure of the morbidity and mortality of the female population of cancer of the mammary gland takes the first place. The severity of manifestations of GIS in patients with cancer of the mammary gland caused by the passage of the disease (depending on the stage of the disease) and the applied method of special treatment: surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy. Study of biochemical markers of endogenous intoxication in patients with cancer of the mammary gland showed a decrease in total protein, albumin fraction and test the Paramecium, a slight increase in globulin, which testifies to the existence of the phenomena of intoxication depend on the stage of the prevalence of tumor process. In patients with cancer of the mammary gland, compared with healthy, have lower indicators of the quality of life, especially for the account of such scales as physical functioning and men-tal and emotional state.

This paper analyses the results of treatment of 78 patients admitted to hospital with different mechanisms of injury, which was provided emergency and scheduled inpatient care. Together with a complex of modern medical – diagnostic measures authors studied a prognostic significance of diagnostics fat globulemiya. Express method according to Kornilov, which contributed to the early diagnosis of the syndrome of fat embolism and improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with injuries of the musculoskeletal system.
